Gerbig Engineering Introduces New Air Diffuser for Cleanrooms

Burnsville, Minnesota (PRWEB) May 7, 2008 -- Gerbig Engineering Company, a designer and manufacturer of cleanrooms (http://www.gerbig.com) and cleanroom equipment has introduced a new diffuser specifically designed for fan-powered HEPA filters. The diffuser is typically used for Class 100,000 cleanrooms and for diffusing air from an air conditioning unit when HEPA filtration is used.

"This diffuser will create better and more efficient airflows in a Class 100,000 cleanroom" said Fred Gerbig, President of Gerbig Engineering. "The diffuser distributes the air along the ceiling using the Coanda effect. In addition to better air distribution, the diffuser also eliminates the possibility of cool air drafts under a HEPA filter supplied from an air conditioning unit.
