The eXact EZ meter kit comes with eXact? EZ Strips, which can be used for EPA Compliant DPD testing of Free and Total Chlorine.
Instead of utilizing hard to crush tablets or messy powders, the eXact EZ meter uses the revolutionary eXact EZ Strips: the safest and most convenient delivery system for DPD testing. All required reagents are precisely measured and impregnated on a test strip. The meter is extremely easy to use (Fill, Dip & Read). Set the meter to the desired test, fill the sample chamber, dip an eXact EZ Strip into the sample for 20 seconds and then read your results.
Municipalities now have a rapid (40 seconds), accurate and low-cost option for regulatory compliance monitoring. The patented design of the SenSafe? Free Chlorine Water Check test strips, avoids errors inherent in currently available test methods. All of the reagents needed to perform the test are embedded in a "solid state" in the reaction area of the aperture.
