The company believe that the business will sit well alongside its range of water coolers making up the normal shortfall in leads during the cold winter months.

Formed in March 2004 as a reaction to onerous water cooler rental contracts the company offers the option of buying water coolers outright. As well as offering sections for each boiler type and ensuring clear product differentiation on a dedicated website Water Boilers Direct are also offering filters alongside the range of boilers. The filters inhibit scale and reduce the level of chlorine in the water as a result the customer will be able to protect their machine from scale damage and enjoy water free from bad tastes and odours.
