H2Om Water Sponsors Earthdance 2007

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) September 15, 2007 -- H2Om LLC, today announced exciting details of their participation as the Official Water for Earthdance 2007. The event will be held in Northern California on September 14th, 15th and 16th, and is the central hub of the Earthdance International Concert for World Peace. Now in their eleventh year, the theme for this year's event is "The H2Om Project ~ Healing the waters of the world with sound and intention".

"The H2Om project event will be a truly unprecedented experience and we are confident that by raising awareness about the need to preserve our precious natural resource - water, we will take a step toward the betterment of our earth's environment and improve the livelihood of countless future generations," said Alex Theory Ph.D, co-creator of the Earthdance "H2Om Project" event and founder of Mystic Vibration, an organization dedicated to the research and implementation of sound healing.

In alignment with the International Day of Peace, Earthdance will unite over one million people in 357 cities and in 60 countries through the universal language of dance and music, to support global peace and humanitarian causes. The defining moment of the Earthdance event will be the synchronized "Prayer for Peace" recited at every location at the same time (Friday September 14th at 4:00 pm PST), followed by a simultaneous vocalization of a "Global Om".

The Earthdance slogan is "Give Peace a Dance", and the northern California event will feature well known music artists including Ozomatli, Zap Mama, Don Carlos and ALO. The event will also include short films that raise environmental awareness including Leonardo DiCaprio's "Water Planet" and "Global Warming." Another previewed film will be "Holiwater" a documentary and multi-media project from famed artist and photographer Andrei Jewell, centered on the waters of the Ganges River. Earthdance will also feature powerful messages from this year's honorary ambassadors, famed water researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto, and Earth Peace messenger Yogiraj Gurunath.

Since its launch in February 2006, H2Om, the world's first natural spring water "Infused with the power of intention" through inspirational words on their specially designed labels, has attracted the attention of scientists, celebrities, philanthropists and international press. H2om was spotlighted by the Wall Street Journal and was voted one of the Top 5 great Enhanced Waters by INSTYLE.com. H2Om's well-received business model is to educate and create awareness on recycling, the environment and world water issues.
