Clean Power Finance, Inc. Acquires Select Assets of Energy Matters, LLC
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 31, 2007 -- Clean Power Finance, Inc., the leading provider of point-of-sale residential solar financing, announced today the acquisition of Solar Pro Tools from Energy Matters, LLC.
Solar Pro Tools is a subscription-based software as a service (SaaS) which enables solar-electric (PV) and solar domestic hot water (SDHW) and solar pool heating professionals to quickly and accurately generate high-quality customer-specific sales quotes and incentive forms.
Solar Pro Tools replaces current spreadsheet and paper based system configuration and pricing processes to allow solar professionals to reduce operating costs and provide homeowners with optimally-sized solar systems. Solar professionals can effectively manage their entire sales and procurement cycle with no upfront technology investment. Solar Pro Tools is currently scheduled for beta release at the upcoming Solar Power 2007 conference in Long Beach, CA on September 24, 2007.
