They also pay close attention to drying the structure and controlling the humidity levels on the home. That simple job might actually require drywall removal and expensive dehumidifiers. They might have to pull up some flooring, remove insulation, etc. You need someone with the experience to get it done right. After all, you have to live in this house for years to come and you do not want problems later down the line.
