New ECO Variety Cooking Show "Raw Organic Saving the Planet with Bryan Au" to Air on TV Nationally Fall 2007

Ten years ago Au was on Paradise Island in the Bahamas volunteering as a gourmet vegetarian chef at a Yoga Retreat, while there he met some Raw Organic Foodists who introduced him to Raw Organic Food and its amazing benefits. Bryan felt his way of thinking about food had changed forever as a whole new healthy gourmet world opened up for him. He soon discovered that Raw Organic Food is one of the best eco, healing, healthy foods in existence. After the Bahamas, Bryan traveled the world, training and doing research about raw food so he can share these new secret discoveries that can solve many of today's health problems in the most delicious healthy ways possible. He then returned to San Francisco to write his raw organic recipe book Raw in Ten Minutes that quickly became a best seller.
