Within minutes ACES determines potential program eligibility, calculates benefits and enables the Specialists to counsel recipients with time previously consumed by the manual application process for individual programs. Eligibility to receive benefits may now be processed for residents within 24 hours, a significant improvement of the previous average process time of four to five days.
